The website itself is easy to navigate with clear headings and subheadings of the different Kpop groups
The packages that I have ordered have came neatly wrapped in bubble wrapping with a lovely little card to say thank you with the orders name on it.
I really like earning crowns each time I purchase something from the shop under the rewards section :)

I love ordering from lilakshop all the time but this was but first time buying anything to store my pcs from them and they did not disappoint! My pcs fit perfectly and look amazing inside the binder I’ll definitely be buying it again for my other pcs and I highly recommend this binder to anyone looking for a safe place too keep their photocards . I also like how it’s totally customisable and you can add stickers or anything you want to decorate if needed :))
