Ordered 4 photo cards which took over 2 weeks to come, this was not a huge issue, but customer service was poor and didn’t really respond to me within the 2 weeks of the missing photo cards. They finally shown up which was all good, but if they didn’t arrive, I wouldn’t have held my breath for a response.

Again, not a huge issue. Hense giving 4*, I understand this is a smallish business and I’m all for supporting them.

Everything arrived safely and is exactly as described. Great communication and the girlies are so lovely and considerate 🥰 Thank you so much🫶 highly recommended and my go to K-pop Shop
