Ordered 4 photo cards which took over 2 weeks to come, this was not a huge issue, but customer service was poor and didn’t really respond to me within the 2 weeks of the missing photo cards. They finally shown up which was all good, but if they didn’t arrive, I wouldn’t have held my breath for a response.
Again, not a huge issue. Hense giving 4*, I understand this is a smallish business and I’m all for supporting them.
This was the album that got my daughter into k-pop and the rest is history. Since then we have shopped regularly at lilakshop and the choice, value and customer service has always been amazing. The personal touches on the card you receive with every purchase are so special. Please keep being an amazing store
