This item never arrived. Had been trying to contact the shop but up until now there’s still no update about it. The item is a cheap product so I’m open to any arrangements they would recommend to sort this out, but it’s a shame that I didn’t hear back from them again.
But I’m still satisfied with the rest of the items in my order though… I just hope their customer service can do better next time.
I got this as a christmas present for my mum and whilst she was disappointed she didn't get a Felix (her bias)photocard (who isn't disappointed when they don't get their bias) she was very happy with the album itself. Her favourite song is Youtiful.
P.S. I know she opened it early but she was allowed and it was emphasised that it was a Christmas present.
