waiting for an email according to my order

I didn' get what I ordered and I wrote an email on the day I received the album to clear the situation. I've got answer on my email, I responded, but I'm still waiting for an answer. This was 5 days ago. I hoped this would be solved in a much shorter time. I'm not satisfied with the communication :(
