A POB is a "pre order benefit" that can only be bought during a pre order period (before the album is released). These POBs come outside the album. When you purchase a pre order album with us, you are able to put a member preference list in your order notes. This dictates to us which member you would like to receive for that POB. This is not a guarantee that you will get your first choice, it is an added benefit of shopping at Lilakshop.

Our processing time for on hand itewms is 3-5 days. For pre order item sit can vary so we recommend checking the item description.

Lilakshop does not take responsibility for any added charges when you receive your parcel. We cannot predict if you will get customs or not as it depends on your local authorities.

You can request a refund for your order within 28 days of placing it. We offer returns if it's been within 30 days of your order arriving. To open a return please contact us via the Contact page. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
